How employer verification works
Every employer account goes through the same review before it can post a job. Here's exactly what that involves.
The process
Submit company details
Company name, locations, and contacts, plus your GSTIN and PAN.
Upload KYC documents
Supporting documents for the GSTIN/PAN you submitted — an administrator reviews these alongside your company details.
Administrator review
A SvachitJobs administrator reviews the submission. Until this passes, your account can't post a job — it can still browse and prepare a draft job posting.
Approved, or rejected with notes
Approval unlocks job posting immediately. A rejection comes with the reviewer's notes and resets your status so you can correct and resubmit — it doesn't lock the account.

How long does verification take?
We haven't published a turnaround-time commitment — verification is handled by an administrator reviewing your submission.
Can I edit my company profile while waiting for review?
Yes. Your company details, locations, and contacts remain editable at any time; resubmitting after edits or a rejection starts a fresh review.
What can I do before I'm verified?
Complete your company profile and prepare a job posting as a draft. Publishing a job requires a verified account.
